As vice-president, client services, Frank helps ensure that Viox Services provides consistently high-performance commercial building services and outstanding customer care. In addition to his overall responsibility for the company's relationship with Procter & Gamble, he manages a facility and project workforce of more than 200 tradespeople; oversees operation of the company's computerized maintenance management, Maximo, and J.D. Edwards systems; and supervises implementation of effective budget and financial forecasting procedures. He also manages approximately seven-million square feet of corporate facilities.
Facilities Services Expertise
After joining Viox as a project manager, Frank rose steadily through the organization. During that time, he gained substantial knowledge of client concerns and the most reliable ways to address them. This facilities, building maintenance, and grounds management expertise has played a key role in his current success, enabling him to work with clients and employees alike to ensure high-quality service that is timely, responsive, and reliable.
Frank holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati's College of Applied Sciences and has completed the University of Cincinnati Executive Program (UCEP).
An active industry participant, Frank is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
The Personal Side
Outside of business, Frank attends the Elder New Life Community Church.
