For nearly a decade, Amy has played a key role in planning, developing, and implementing Viox Services’ human resource programs, enabling the company to hire and train the skilled facility and building services experts necessary to provide consistently high-quality customer care.

 

Expertise

During her 15-year career, Amy has been both an executive and teacher. A member of the Scarlet Oaks construction curriculum advisory board, she has spoken on such topics as career development and the hiring process.

 

In addition, Amy is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the local chapter of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, where she has facilitated certification study groups on compensation and benefits, as well as human resource development. She was also recognized for her accomplishments by the local chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction, where she has been a featured speaker.

 

Designated a professional in human resources (PHR), Amy holds a master of education degree in human resources development from Xavier University.
