Later as vice president of sales and marketing, he implemented focused sales and marketing plans. By targeting larger corporate accounts, he reduced the firm's customer base from 404 to 29 while doubling sales.

 

Tim holds a bachelor's degree in horticulture from Colorado State University and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati's Executive Program. In addition, he is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and former president of Midwest Landscape Group.
