Cincinnati Sports Club selected Viox Services to implement custom-tailored, leading edge facilities management solutions. A Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) supported by preventive maintenance processes were employed to measure Viox's performance. A centralized purchasing process for facilities maintenance needs was implemented, allowing for strategic leveraged purchasing. In addition, maintenance training development and staffing were administered.
CLIENT OBJECTIVES
Cincinnati Sports Club's priority was for Viox Services to customize a program that would maximize their facility's asset management and to increase service levels. By outsourcing their facilities management to Viox, it allowed Cincinnati Sports Club to better focus on the day-to-day operations and success of their club.
SOLUTIONS
Viox Services employed a complete facilities maintenance solution for Cincinnati Sports Club, covering fifteen acres and 100,000 s.f. of mixed use space. A comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan was completed for each piece of critical equipment at the club. Through strategic vendor alliances, Viox Services provided significant cost-savings by a centralized purchasing process. With the implementation of CMMS software and key performance indicators, Viox's team successfully utilized its continuous improvement process at the client's facility.
BACKGROUND
Cincinnati Sports Club, a health partner of The Christ Hospital, is a nationallyrecognized, locally owned and operated, fitness club. The club has been serving the eastside for more than 20 years. The 100,000 s.f. facility covers 15 acres, and houses a fully equipped fitness center and offers a deli, indoor athletic field, conference room rentals, and a salon and spa.
