First Community Village Expands Agreement with Viox Services
EMCOR Company to Implement Full Facilities Management Program
CINCINNATI, Ohio, January 22, 2007 – First Community Village, a nationally recognized continuing care retirement community, has expanded its relationship with Viox Services for comprehensive integrated facility management services.

Columbus, Ohio-based First Community Village is a not-for-profit organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive care, housing and services to older adults. First Community Village offers independent and assisted living arrangements to more than 400 residents on its30 acre, 500,000 square foot campus.
As a result of Viox's outstanding performance on its original grounds maintenance contract, First Community has broadened the agreement to a fully integrated facilities management program. Viox will provide a reliable and cost effective solution that is customized to specific needs and budgets of First Community, serving as the single point of contact to deliver and manage all facility needs, including the people, processes and technology for bottom-line oriented results.
